Multiple tenant spaces were built out and includeda surgical center with 6 operating rooms, an imaging center with MRI, CTand X-ray. Tenants consist of 2 orthopedic groups, hand surgery, urology,endoscopy, physical therapy tenant, a pediatric tenant, two eye care tenants,and a Lasik tenant.

The 54-room inpatient skilled nursing facility was a design-build collaboration between Boulder Associates Architects and GH Phipps Construction Companies. This fast-tracked project added 150 beds to the East Tower. The tower is composed of a ten-story horizontal and vertical expansion.
