GH Phipps renovated an 8,000 SF portion of the Fort Collins Utilities Service Center and Supervisory Control Operations Center to accommodate additional employees. As a 24-hour manned command center, GH Phipps had to overcome logistical challenges including power/low voltage transfers, demolition activities, and temporarily relocating command stations and personnel to maintain 100% uptime. Despite these obstacles, the project was successfully completed while maintaining a fully operational facility and uninterrupted services throughout the construction process.
