Southeast Colorado Hospital District

Located in Springfield, CO, the Southeast Colorado Hospital District has played a critical role in providing comprehensive healthcare to residents throughout rural Baca County since 1969. To provide safer, more comfortable and convenient accommodations to the people of southeastern Colorado, the hospital contracted with GH Phipps to add an Emergency Department area and renovate the rehabilitation area, imaging suite, administrative offices, patient rooms, and support staff area. Multi-phased constructed allowed for uninterrupted patient care and flexibility with the hospital’s project financial/loan determinants.
