Lakehouse is a beautiful 196-unit condominium and townhome development overlooking Sloan’s Lake and is the first residential project in Colorado to be awarded Well Precertification under the WELL Building Standard. The community was named the state’s “Innovative Development of the Year” by NAIOP in 2021. Lakehouse welcomed its first residents in March 2020 and sold out in May 2022.
