The complex construction of this project included pre-building demolition/disconnect, a make-safe phase, a new addition, and multiple renovations.
The initial demolition of an existing and unoccupied patient care wing led to the construction of a new two-story addition. The new construction included an emergency department, imaging department, CUP, and 14-bed patient care unit. In addition, a basement renovation included new elevators and stairs, an IT room renovation, and existing hospital corridor upgrades.
