Developed by Healthpeak Properties, Galen College of Nursing will occupy a 76,500 SF state-of-the-art building at 1650 S. Potomac Street in Aurora, CO and provide education and training to individuals wanting to earn their Bachelor of Science or associate degree in the high-demand field of nursing. The campus will also be home to the HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement.
Galen College of Nursing offers unique educational programs and training as well as access to a wide range of post-graduation employment opportunities for students due to its affiliation with HCA Healthcare, the largest employer of nurses in the country.
Aurora is the college’s 19th campus, joining Galen’s Main Campus in Kentucky and additional off-campus instructional sites in Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
Designed by BHDP Architecture, the $42 million project is slated for completion Summer 2025.
