A Wellness Hotel | Denver Tech Center
GH Phipps completed renovations on the EVEN Hotel in the Denver Tech Center in the spring of 2020. An existing hotel, purchased by Banyan Lane Holdings, was renovated and rebranded for EVEN Hotels to support a healthy and fitness-focused lifestyle for the business traveler. GH Phipps oversaw an interior and exterior conversion as part of a Property Improvement Plan. Interior renovations included upgrades to 93 guest rooms, which provide a fitness station for in-room workouts, functional workspaces, as well as a renovation of the existing hotel gym. Additionally, the existing pool was removed and replaced with a restaurant and bar. On the exterior, the building received a full roof replacement and refresh of the exterior façade.
