This new state-of-the-art recreational facility featured a tournament gym in the center that included two high school basketball courts, four youth basketball courts, and four volleyball courts, all with sprung athletic wood floors. A net was placed around the courts to separate them from the walk/run track. Within the courts, four quadrant nets section off courts to allow for simultaneous play. Nets can be removed for flex-space.
The design included wet and dry changing rooms, lockers, and a child watch space. An all-inclusive, ADA-compliant playground and splash pad was built at the front of the building. The playground was designed on a one-level surface allowing a wheelchair to easily navigate.
