University of Colorado Colorado Springs–Anschutz Engineering Center

ABOUT

GH Phipps completed construction on the 23,000 SF Anshutz Engineering Center and Design and Prototyping Center on the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus in 2024. The $23 million facility was designed by OZ Architecture to house the college’s newly added aerospace engineering program and increase enrollment capacity of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences to 3,100 students by 2030. The building offers state-of-the-art lab space, classrooms that support active learning and collaboration, executive conference room, faculty offices, and faculty research space.
