CM/GC Delivery on a tenant finish project with ISO 7 & 8 clean rooms, controlled conference rooms and office space. Project includes a buildout of office and 2,000 SF of laboratory space. Two SCIF ICD 705 conference rooms are surrounded by individual offices, a training room with three operable partitions, and open cubicle spaces.
