The project included a 4-story penthouse remodel and addition with precast concrete. The facility required static dissipation and a 10,000-square-foot clean room for satellite testing. Two high bay clean rooms and one airlock loading room were constructed. The project included two chiller units and building inertia bays for testing satellites with special “shaker” equipment.
