GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – June 23, 2026 – Todd Ruff, LEED AP BD+C, has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of GH Phipps Construction Companies. Ruff has served as president since 2022 and will also continue in that role. In the CEO role, Ruff will focus on the company’s long-standing commitment to communities and continuing the 75-year legacy of integrity and strong client relationships.

Ruff brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career with GH Phipps in 1999 as a project estimator. He served in increasingly responsible roles from estimator to director of preconstruction to vice president prior to being named president. He volunteers with numerous organizations in the community and on a number of non-profit boards, furthering the company’s commitment to local communities.
