This fast-track project entailed renovating the existing 260-bed South Hall built in the 1950s. The renovation included the addition of a three-level bridge between two wings adding study and gathering spaces, the complete gut and renovation of all bathroom facilities, and the total renovation of the main level lobby, kitchen/gathering area with a new outdoor patio and courtyard space.
