ABOUT
GH Phipps is proud to have partnered with the Weld RE-4 School District to deliver Ridgeline Middle School—a state-of-the-art campus funded by the 2022 Bond that opened ahead of schedule and is already buzzing with activity.
Designed to serve up to 900 students, this nearly 50-acre campus is more than just a school—it’s a dynamic community hub. The 154,000 SF facility features flexible, future-ready learning environments including spacious science labs, a maker space, a cutting-edge design lab, FACS and Industrial Arts classrooms, an integrated library, and two full gymnasiums with an upstairs running track and a dedicated wrestling room.
Outdoor amenities include a turf football stadium, running track, and ample green space for play, exercise, and outdoor learning.
From early wins like the ahead-of-schedule installation of curb, gutter, and asphalt—creating a clean and safe jobsite—to overcoming construction challenges like undocumented utilities and a complex, engineer-reviewed cantilevered track installation, GH Phipps worked closely with trade partners to keep the project moving forward.
Ridgeline Middle School officially opened its doors early for summer school, athletics, and community engagement events—making an immediate impact on the Windsor community. GH Phipps is honored to have played a role in delivering this vibrant space where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
