The client owns multiple buildings on multiple blocks in the Cherry Creek district and American National Bank offices and branches throughout the region. As part of a 15-year relationship, GH Phipps has completed dozens of building upgrades, tenant improvement and new builds to enhance and grow the client’s real estate portfolio. GH Phipps is currently completing an Executive Suite renovation and multiple ANB branch expansion projects in Denver, Colorado Springs and Wyoming through a combination of negotiated and bid work. In a CM/GC role, we work closely with the design firm to evaluate design options and balance cost with returns.
