The site work for this project includes new track surfacing, ADA bleacher upgrades, added parking lots, temporary facilities for kitchen/cafeteria and classrooms.

The renovation scope of services was multi-phased and included a complete remodel of the two-story education and administration wing, performing arts and auditorium upgrades, new security office, locker room upgrades, new roofing, new exterior windows, new building automation system, new lighting, new fire alarm and a new PA system.

The Innovation Center is a 2-story addition with art/graphics and Fabrication labs, and the job required the demolition of a 25,500 sf building.
