GH Phipps is currently building the Colorado Center Food Hall. Recent construction of a third office tower created the need to increase dining options on the campus. A new free-standing Food Hall concept was designed by Tryba Architects. After selection, we worked closely with the Lincoln Property Company team to define not only the building, but the format and concept for the Food Hall. The team considered multiple exterior design options and configurations for the Food Hall concept and related amenities. Virtual design and Construction and building information modeling (VDC/BIM) were used to coordinate the drawings and work in a Target Value Design format for both base building and vendor packages. The project will include nine dining options, a full-service indoor/outdoor bar and a coffee shop, all within a compelling design.
