This project is for the costruction of a new utility building located in the upper North parking lot, adjacent to Alameda Parkway within Red Rocks Park. The building houses functions for Waste Management, sorting/janitorial storage, parking operations, marketing, Aramark food and beverage, grounds keeping and restrooms for employees and the general public. It was constructed of board formed concrete, cor-ten and stone, and included updates to the façade of the adjacent pump house. The building also includes a green roof.
