  • Performed under an Integrated Project Delivery tri-party contract, where all parties shared risks and rewards
  • Construction occurred while original Children’s Hospital was in full operation
  • Work included site development, utilities, storm and sanitary sewer, and water systems designed and installed to comply with campus standards and guidelines
