The Special Projects team has supported CapRidge Partners with upgrades to two existing buildings to enhance leasing activity and occupancy. CapRidge, who has a growing real estate services presence in the Denver market, acquired two buildings, The Terrace Building and The Solarium. Building upgrades to these properties included upgraded restrooms, corridors and amenities inside the building and the Terrace Building received a new entry plaza. In addition to owner/occupied space, the buildings have additional tenants. Improvements helped to lower vacancy rates for the client.
