ABOUT
GH Phipps partnered with Littleton Public Schools and MOA Architecture to bring the new Little Raven Elementary School to life—a vibrant, future-ready learning environment designed to support students and educators alike. The project consolidated and replaced two aging facilities, East Elementary and Moody Elementary, creating a single, modern campus that reflects the district’s long-term vision for educational excellence.
Located on the former Moody Elementary School site in Littleton, the project began with full demolition of the existing building. In its place, we constructed a 94,000 square-foot school designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and community. The new facility features 25 classrooms, a library, art and music rooms, a performance stage, breakout spaces for small and large groups, and a full-size gymnasium complete with a climbing wall.
Site improvements span the five-acre property and include new parking, multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, painted game zones, and a synthetic turf soccer field—all thoughtfully designed to encourage outdoor activity and play.
Delivered using the CM/GC method, this project exemplifies a collaborative, community-focused approach to building educational spaces that inspire.
