- Fast-track schedule accommodated school schedule
This fast-track project entailed renovation of an existing 260 bed housing facility, including the addition of a three-level bridge between two wings adding study and gathering spaces, the complete gut and renovation of all bathroom facilities, and the total renovation of the main level lobby / kitchen / gathering area with a new outdoor patio / courtyard space.
