We work to use the best technology available to make closeout and operation of a building as efficient and paperless as we can. By starting early, adhering to the QA / QC program, good scheduling, and reduced punch lists, we can simplify and expedite closeout.
Heading into project warranty, GH Phipps will ensure that any work that proves defective or deficient is corrected either by the subcontractors or by other means as required.
