Phase I: 12,000-square-foot, 3-story administrative addition providing offices and conference room space for the Athletic Department
Phase II: Renovation of 75,000 square feet of the existing athletic facility, including locker rooms, climbing wall, lacrosse practice area, weight room, multiple gymnasiums, a completely new plumbing system and fixtures, and an upgrade to the pre-1960s mechanical and electrical system
Phase III: 33,000-square-foot fitness center addition, including new saunas, weight training, aerobics, yoga and locker rooms.
